Please follow the below steps to view and retrieve the Statement of Account in FaveBiz Manager:
*Note: Do update the FaveBiz app to the latest version in order to view the below feature:
FaveBiz App
1. Login to FaveBiz Manager mode and select 'Statements'.
Note: If you do not have a FaveBiz account, kindly reach out to the Fave Partner Management Team
2. You will then be directed to the Statement page:
a. If you only have 1 outlet for your business:
- You may select the Statement individually or select the entire month and send it to your email.
b. If you have more than 1 outlet for your business:
- You will see a list of the bank accounts and select the account you would like to retrieve. Select the Statement to send to your email individually or you may select the entire month.
- You may also view the list of outlets that are linked to the bank account by click on the icon.
3. You will then received the Statement of Account via email.
FaveBiz Website
1. Login to favebiz.com and click on "I'm a manager".
Note: If you do not have a FaveBiz account, kindly reach out to the Fave Partner Management Team.
2. Once login, click on 'Sales' then 'Statements'.
You will be directed to the Statement page.
You may also view the list of outlets that linked to the bank account by click on View Outlets
3. Then, select the statements you would like to retrieve individually or you may select the entire month and send them to your email.
4. You will then received the Statement of Account via email.
