When do I receive my Statement of Account (SOA) and payment?

You will receive the SOA based on your payment schedule as mentioned in your Fave contract. Depending on your receiving bank, it might take 1-2 working days for the payment to be reflected in your bank account. 

Singapore:

Semi-weekly Payment Cadence	Statement of Account (SOA)
Payments made on: - Monday* for transactions from Thursday to Sunday from the previous week - Thursday* for transactions from Monday to Wednesday of the same week	Sent every Monday and Thursday

*not including public holidays; in those situations payments will be made on the next business day

Malaysia:
