How do I sign-up for DuitNow QR? What are the requirements?

Existing Fave merchant do not have to sign up for DuitNow QR. The requirement is you will need to provide the documents listed below.
- Relevant SSM documents
- Image(s) of your storefront(s)
- Bank Statements/Financial Statement
- Signed Fave Master Contract with Merchant Declaration
- You may receive an EDM with the title: Important Updates about DuitNow QR launching in Q2 2021. There will be a link for you to upload all the above documents.
- For new merchants, upon signing up with Fave, you will be required to submit the documents listed above.
I have already submitted all the documents required. When will I receive the new DuitNow QR code?

For existing merchants, we will start distributing the DuitNow QR codes between April to Dec 2021. If you would like to know more, please reach out to the Partner Management team at partners.my@myfave.com.
- For new merchants, the DuitNow QR code will only be sent to you once your application is successfully approved.
How do I retrieve my SSM document?

You can retrieve your SSM registration document by visiting the website.

How many store images need to be submitted?
- One main storefront image with signare and few interior images for main outlet/HQ store only.
What documents do I need to submit if I operate Online only?

You can provide us a screenshot of your Uniform Resource Locator (URL) and/or website or domain showing your ownership as we will need to verify if you are the owner of the website. Please upload the screenshot under ‘Storefront Image(s)’.
How many months' bank statements do I need to provide?
* Please ensure that the bank statement shows the bank name, account number and account name clearly along with the active transaction activity.
What if I do not have the bank statement/financial statement for the required period (e.g. 1 month, 3 months, etc.)?

Merchant will need to provide required bank statement/financial statement to the best of their ability for the required period. However, if not possible, the merchant MAY also provide us with the following supplementary information:
- Number of years in operation
- Estimated annual sales in Ringgit Malaysia and Volumes
- Average sales values
The Compliance team will review the information and may request for further details.
What is a Fave Master Contract?

We recently update the Terms and Conditions of the Fave Contract which requires all merchants to acknowledge and sign.
- If you are an existing merchant, you may refer to the email titled, “[Important] We're updating your contract for more convenience and better protection”. There will be a link directing you to Hellosign to review the contract and e-sign.
- If you are a new Fave merchant, you will have already signed the contract upon submission of Fave application.
