Generating eCard Reports from FaveBiz

This report from the FaveBiz Report section shows a breakdown of eCards purchased and utilised based on their respective transaction date.

1. Go to Reports, select eCard Purchased Report or eCard Utilised Report
2. Select your Date Range
   1. For eCard Purchased Report, the dates are referring to the purchased date
   2. For eCard Utilised Report, the dates are referring to the utilisation date
3. Tap on Send to email, key in the email address then tap on Send.
4. The report will be sent to the email address as a CSV file

Note: eCard Purchased Report is only available for pay-per-sold eCards.
eCard Utilised Report is only available for pay-per-utilise eCards.
