You may contact your manager as your manager will be able to find the partner code for your outlet in Favebiz Manager Mode.
You may follow the guide below to retrieve your partner / outlet code from FaveBiz.
1. Login to Favebiz Manager Mode.
2. Click on ‘Account’ at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Click on ‘Switch to Staff Mode’.
4. It will bring you to the next page which will display the partner code for each outlet.
1. Login to Favebiz Manager Mode. Click ‘My Business’ then ‘Outlets’.
2. Click on ‘Outlets’ and the partner code will be on the next page. Should you required to reset your Partner Code, you may click on the "Renew" button and a new Partner Code will be generated.
If you are a staff member and do not have the Partner Code, you may contact our Partner Management Team and we will assist you to retrieve the Partner code after verifying your position in your business.
