Merchants are allowed to cancel FavePay transactions within 24 hours in Favebiz. Any cancellation for transactions that are more than 24 hours, do kindly contact our Partner Management Team.
Kindly note that any cancellation done will be unable to revert as it will be directly refunded to the customer. Do kindly check and double confirm before proceeding with the cancellation. We will not be proceeding with the reimbursement for the cancelled FavePay transactions.
Please follow the steps below on how to cancel a FavePay transaction.
Favebiz App
a. Manager Mode
- If you are logged in via Manager Mode, you will be able to select the outlets from the dropdown on the top of the page. After selecting the particular outlet, you may click on the Transactions icon from the bottom and it will direct you to the page to view the transactions. Then, select the particular transaction that needs to cancel. You are required to key in the cancellation code if needed.
- Alternatively, you may “Switch to Staff Mode” if you are logged in via Manager Mode by clicking on the Account icon from the bottom, then select the respective outlet. This will bring you to the Staff mode and any successful FavePay transactions will be shown here. Then, select the particular transaction that needs to cancel. You are required to key in the cancellation code if needed.
b. Staff Mode

Login to Favebiz Staff Mode by using the respective Partner Code and click the transaction you wish to cancel.
- Click ‘Cancel Transaction’.
Do kindly check and double-confirm before proceeding with the cancellation. We will not be proceeding with the reimbursement for the cancelled FavePay transactions.
- Enter the cancellation code IF needed. Please note that this window will only appear if you have enabled 'Cancellation code' which is done. Click here to learn more about enabling Cancellation Code.
- Once the transaction is successfully cancelled, the transaction will be tagged as ‘Cancelled’.
Favebiz Website
- Login to Favebiz Staff Mode using the respective Partner Code.
- Select the transaction you wish to cancel and click ‘Cancel Transaction’.
Do kindly check and double-confirm before proceeding with the cancellation. We will not be proceeding with the reimbursement for the cancelled FavePay transactions.
